This exercise has given me the kicks, coz I designed it in such a way that there is a good wedge to place your chin and we can avoid hyper extension of the neck and over activation of the upper traps which is totally redundant. I see my athletes (all my clients are athletes) performing this exercise with gay abandon and have read enough empirical evidences for this exercise. For one who is very much restive in nature in regards to clichéd exercises, am rather convinced that this particular exercise assuages a lot of postural deviancies, musculo-skeletal injuries and its a prophylactic exercise.
